Whether your order will be embroidered or DTF printed, we’ll need your logo artwork to prepare your custom merchandise.

Use the form to submit your logo along with your order details. We’ll review your artwork to make sure it’s suitable for your selected decoration method and contact you if we need anything else before production.

Embroidery Orders

If this is the first time we’re embroidering your logo, a one-time $35 digitization fee applies. Digitization converts your artwork into the specialized stitch file needed for embroidery.

Once your logo has been digitized, we’ll keep it on file for future embroidered orders using the same logo.

DTF Orders

There is no digitization fee for DTF printing. Simply upload the best-quality version of your logo available, and we’ll prepare it for your order.

Already a Branded Haus Customer?

If we already have the same logo on file, you don't need to upload it again. If you're using a new or updated logo, please submit the new artwork.

What happens next?

We'll review your logo and order details before production. If we need a different file, have questions about your artwork, or recommend adjustments for the best embroidery result, we'll contact you before moving forward.
