Welcome to The Branded Haus. The Branded Haus is a trade name of Little Lappen LLC. These Terms of Use govern your use of this website and your purchase of products and services from The Branded Haus.
By accessing this website, placing an order, submitting artwork, requesting custom work, or purchasing products or services from The Branded Haus, you agree to these Terms of Use.
Custom Orders
The Branded Haus specializes in customized and made-to-order merchandise. Customers are responsible for providing accurate information regarding products, quantities, sizes, colors, personalization, artwork, and other customization details.
Because each custom project is unique, The Branded Haus may contact you after an order is placed to confirm artwork, customization details, product availability, or other information necessary to complete your order.
Production will not begin until all required information has been received and, when applicable, artwork or design approval has been provided.
Customer-Supplied Logos & Artwork
By submitting a logo, trademark, design, photograph, text, graphic, or other artwork to The Branded Haus, you represent that you own the submitted material or have obtained permission from the rightful owner to reproduce and use it for your order.
By submitting artwork, you authorize The Branded Haus to reproduce, resize, modify as reasonably necessary for production, digitize, embroider, print, or otherwise use the artwork for the purpose of completing your order.
Customers are responsible for obtaining any copyright, trademark, licensing, or other permissions required for submitted artwork.
The Branded Haus reserves the right to decline artwork or customization requests that we reasonably believe may violate intellectual property rights, applicable law, or our business standards.
Embroidery Logo Digitization
Logos being embroidered for the first time by The Branded Haus require a one-time $35 digitization fee per logo.
Digitization is the process of converting artwork into a specialized embroidery file that provides the stitching instructions necessary to reproduce the design.
Once your logo has been digitized, The Branded Haus will keep the embroidery file on record for use with future orders using the same logo. Returning customers using a logo already on file will not be charged the digitization fee again.
If a logo is substantially changed, redesigned, or replaced, additional digitization may be required.
Digitization fees are non-refundable once digitization work has begun.
Artwork & Production Adjustments
Embroidery, DTF printing, and other decoration methods have different production requirements. Certain elements of submitted artwork—including very small text, fine lines, gradients, intricate details, or complex color combinations—may not reproduce exactly as they appear digitally.
The Branded Haus may make reasonable production-related adjustments to artwork when necessary to achieve a clean and appropriate finished product.
If significant changes to the appearance of a design are necessary, we will contact you before production.
Proofs & Customer Approval
Depending on the project, The Branded Haus may provide a digital proof, mockup, embroidery sample, or other representation of the proposed customization.
When approval is requested, customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all details, including:
Spelling and wording
Logo and artwork
Placement
Colors
Sizing and proportions
Product selection
Quantities
Once a proof has been approved, the order may proceed to production.
The Branded Haus is not responsible for errors that appeared in customer-supplied information or artwork and were subsequently approved by the customer.
Colors & Product Variations
The Branded Haus makes reasonable efforts to represent product and decoration colors accurately. However, colors displayed on a computer, phone, or other screen may differ from the finished physical product.
Embroidery thread, fabric, garment dyes, printing methods, materials, lighting, and manufacturing variations may also affect the appearance of colors.
We will make reasonable efforts to coordinate decoration colors with your supplied branding. Exact color matches cannot be guaranteed unless specifically agreed upon in writing.
Minor variations between individual customized products may occur and are a normal part of embroidery, printing, and product manufacturing.
Product Availability & Substitutions
Products, colors, sizes, and styles are subject to supplier availability.
If an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed, The Branded Haus will contact you to discuss available alternatives.
We will not make a material product substitution without your approval.
Production & Turnaround Times
Production timelines vary depending on product availability, quantity, customization method, artwork requirements, supplier lead times, and current production volume.
Any turnaround time provided by The Branded Haus is an estimate unless a specific completion or delivery deadline has been confirmed by us in writing.
Customers ordering for conferences, events, employee programs, holidays, or other date-sensitive occasions should communicate their required date before placing or approving an order.
Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact The Branded Haus as soon as possible.
Because products may be specially ordered and customized specifically for you, changes or cancellations may not be possible once materials have been ordered, artwork has been digitized, customization has begun, or the order has entered production.
Customers may be responsible for costs already incurred before a cancellation or change request is received.
Changes requested after artwork approval may result in additional fees and may affect the estimated completion date.
Bulk Orders & Custom Quotes
Bulk, corporate, conference, team, organization, and specially sourced orders may be subject to separate quotes and project-specific terms.
Quotes may include product costs, customization, setup fees, digitization, shipping, taxes, sourcing costs, or other applicable charges.
Pricing is based on the quantities and specifications included in the quote. Changes to quantities, products, artwork, decoration methods, or other project requirements may result in revised pricing.
Unless otherwise stated, quotes are subject to product availability and may expire after the period indicated on the quote.
Payment
Payment is required according to the terms presented at checkout, on an invoice, or within a custom quote.
The Branded Haus reserves the right to require full or partial payment before purchasing products, ordering materials, beginning digitization, or starting production.
Orders may be placed on hold until required payment has been received.
Intellectual Property
The Branded Haus name, branding, website content, original product photography, graphics, written copy, designs, and other original materials created by The Branded Haus or Little Lappen LLC are protected by applicable intellectual property laws and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or commercially used without permission.
Customer-supplied logos, trademarks, and artwork remain the property of their respective owners.
Submitting artwork to The Branded Haus does not transfer ownership of that artwork to The Branded Haus.
Portfolio & Marketing Use
The Branded Haus may photograph or display completed merchandise for use in our portfolio, website, social media, or other marketing materials.
Ownership of a customer's logo or trademark remains with its respective owner, and display by The Branded Haus does not imply ownership of that intellectual property.
If your organization requires that its products, logo, or project remain confidential or not be used for promotional purposes, please notify us before production.
Website Content
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, pricing, availability, dimensions, and other information displayed on our website are accurate.
Occasionally, errors or outdated information may occur. The Branded Haus reserves the right to correct errors, update information, or modify website content when necessary.
If an error materially affects an order you have already placed, we will contact you before proceeding when appropriate.
Privacy
Information collected through this website is handled in accordance with our separate Privacy Policy.
By submitting information through our website, you acknowledge that information necessary to process and fulfill your order may be collected and used for that purpose.
Shipping & Returns
Shipping, delivery, damaged shipments, returns, exchanges, and related matters are governed by The Branded Haus's separate Shipping Policy and Returns & Exchanges Policy.
Those policies are incorporated into these Terms of Use by reference.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, The Branded Haus and Little Lappen LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or the purchase or use of our products and services.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit any rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited under applicable law.
Right to Refuse Service
The Branded Haus reserves the right to decline or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including orders involving unlawful content, suspected intellectual property infringement, abusive or fraudulent activity, unavailable products, or customization requests we are unable to fulfill.
If The Branded Haus cancels an order before production for reasons unrelated to customer misconduct, any applicable payment for unfulfilled products or services will be handled accordingly.
Changes to These Terms
The Branded Haus may update these Terms of Use periodically. The most current version will be posted on this website with the updated revision date.
Your continued use of the website or purchase of products after updated Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Governing Law
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
